No returns applicable on any defect on the promotional item (free with any product)
No claims for online refunds will be entertained for delays related to Corona Outbreak.
- If it is found that the requested replacement is due to manufacturing defect or workmanship error, Southern Time Band will send a new product at its own expense including shipping.
- Customers can return their order within 7 days of delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Once we have received the product(s) and a quality check is done, the product amount will be credited back to you as reward points for the exact same amount (excluding shipping charges).
- An online refund of shipping is not applicable.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For return, related queries (For eg. Shipping address, warranty info) mail us at info@southerntime.band.
The amount will only be refunded as a gift card for any canceled/returned order. No Claims for online refunds will be entertained.

All our orders are expected to be delivered within 10-15 working days. However, the delivery time may vary according to the shipping address.
Note – In case you receive the products with the outer packaging tampered do not accept the product or please make a note regarding the same in POD (Proof of Delivery given by courier boy for signing) before signing the same.
